DongA orders every week from the Suppliers. Most of them are conclusive and long-term partners whose products are the most competitive in Vietnam.
After 30 to 90 days, goods are shipped on board pursuant to the signed contract and opened L/C.
Before 7-9 days to N.O.R, the Suppliers require DongA to pay the total amount of goods though we may have not seen the goods. After payment, they will give us the documents of goods to check and receive goods at port.
After 15 to 40 days from the date of shipment, goods are delivered at HCMC Port or Hai Phong City Port and DongA will tallies them or invites Vinacontrol for verifying unusual goods. On account of complex characteristics of stainless steel, the verification may have been achieved 98% and not except something wrong due to the Suppliers.
When the goods have been in stock, our technical and warehouse department will classifies and arranges them to reduce the fail rate less than 1%. Until customers open goods packages, however, they have just discovered some mistakes. If any, DongA will give them another one immediately or compensates the contract value and solve the problem with the Suppliers later.
This process above is only applied for the prime grade goods; with the secondary ones we just warrant the stainless steel grade but quality according to the common practice of stainless steel trading in the world and Vietnam.
Our suppliers’ annual capacities are from millions to hundred thousands of tons; their prestige and brand name are famous for this area as well as DongA Group‘s business in Vietnam. We assure that there is not any misleading in our goods. The mistake maybe happens somehow, if any, due to our process or performance. We warrant completing it continuously to satisfy you the best.
