As usual, when customers do not have any certain special requirement, then:
- Prime grade coils are delivered by weight and mark of manufacturers
- Plates, sheets, pipes, wires are delivered whole parcel by weight and mark of manufacturers.
- Plates, sheets are retailed by square meter or quantity of sheet, plate
- Tubes are retailed by meter or quantity of tube based on International and Vietnam common practice
- Secondary grade coils are sold by weight marked on tag of manufacturer or in real weight at Dong A warehouse.
You should discuss about special orders with Dong A in advance, if any.
Our price quotation often includes delivery service fee so that customers may have been to be discount when paying in advance and receiving goods at our warehouse.
